After our successful integration of Chainlink VRF for provably fair randomness in our platform games, the addition of Chainlink Price Feeds was an obvious choice to help secure our next game — a prediction game! Now, users can try to predict imminent price changes in BNB/BUSD with strong assurances that the price data used to determine outcomes is indicative of the broader global market.

We chose Chainlink Price Feeds because they are easy to integrate and thoroughly time-tested in production, already helping secure tens of billions of dollars in value across DeFi — even during unexpected events like exchange downtime, flash crashes, and data manipulation attacks via flash loans. The prediction game lets Treasurekey players place their predictions on whether the price of BNB will move up or down in the next 24 hours. Regardless of the player’s choice, they must take a position and contribute funds to the overall round’s prize pool. If the player makes the right call, they are rewarded with a portion of BNB from the round’s collective prize pool based on their initial contribution to the pool.
